Upload Recipient List
Upload a CSV of recipients to load, and — unless you uncheck it below — email an invitation to each new one. Every row is validated; anyone already in the system is skipped, not re-emailed, whether emailing is on or off.
Columns (in this order): Email, Event Title, Link/URL, Location, Start Date, End Date, Phone, Contact First Name, Contact Last Name, Notes, Event Type, Event Sub-Type. Only Email and Contact First Name are required — everything else can be left blank. Up to 1,000 rows (~1 MB) per upload — split larger files. A completely blank row marks the end of your data; anything after it is ignored.

Calendar
Notes and follow-up reminders. A reminder emails every admin login the day it's due.
Profile
First name, last name, and title are required before you can load recipient files or send any email.
Outbound Mail Alias
The address your replies go out from, e.g. "jane" sends as jane@yourdomain — must be unique on this account. Until you set one, it defaults to your first name, which can collide with a teammate who shares it.
Notification Email
Where you personally receive app notifications (inbound replies, due reminders) — separate from your login email, and not used for anything else. Must be confirmed before it receives anything.
Stale Lead Alerts
Get emailed (at your notification email above) the moment any CSV-loaded lead goes this many days without contact. Set as many thresholds as you want — each emails you once when it's first crossed, then stays quiet until it clears and can fire again.
Notification Preferences
Which events email you at your notification email above. Unchecked types are never sent to you, but the Inbox and every record stay fully visible either way — this only controls alerts.
Team
Who else has access to this account, and what they can see and do.
Permission Profiles
Named, reusable bundles of role + permissions + menu visibility — assign one to a teammate below instead of setting each field by hand.
Mail Domain
Send and receive at your own domain instead of the address we set you up with. Only Admin accounts can change this.
